can u please at least acknowledge that these plans drop and maybe have them added to the luna museum asap

If you are talking about things like shimmering plans that craft the shimmering wand (dropped by effrusion) then yes they do drop.

there was never official acknowledgment of anything new being added
im unable to find any info on them ,seems to be custom to this shard

Well the Shimmering plans and the wand they make are on my roof if you need details. There is loads of stuff that is not on the wiki that is specific to this shard, that is the fun of discovering something by playing the game. Most stuff can be found in the announcements of server updates but the staff don't have time to do the wiki hence the players can add to the wiki should they so desire to make more detailed info available to everyone.
