Just tested and it's not working for me either. I ran the scanjournal command and the result in #journal came out as scrambled stuff. Then I did another scanjournal with a different number to look for a different line and it just returned N/A. Something definitely not right with it.

On the bright side, everything else seems to be working A OK.

Yup having the same problem. Journal not working :(

Edit: I see Cheffe has released a new version where #journal is broken too. I just finished compiling my version without #sysmsg :P

Maybe Cheffe can share the new scanstring for #sysmsg too? :D

#sysmsg seems to be working fine. Just did a couple of "if blahblah in #sysmsg" tests and it found all the things I was looking for.

Yup #sysmsg is working great, scanjournal and #journal not so much :P

*Wonders how Cheffe found the new address and scanstring for #sysmsg before all the rest of us could*

I think #jindex is also broken. I wonder if they changed something with how the journal works.

Wondering if you'd be willing to share how you came to find the new #SYSMSG or how you're going about finding the new address (assuming that's the problem) for #journal. Are you just using something like IDA Pro and browsing the code yourself, or are you using Cheat Engine with DVBM and Ultimap to find the address? I couldn't even get cheat engine to find something in the client.exe, or do you just scan physical memory?

Trying to learn some so when you're gone, maybe some of us can keep the project going :D Recompiling for the new version using your EuoUpdater with the scanstrings etc is fairly straight forward, actually finding them is not, it seems.
